Massachusetts Superior Court Rule 73: Naturalization

[Disclaimer]

Sessions for naturalization shall be held on such days as may be ordered by the court. The days so assigned for such sessions shall be the stated days for final action on petitions for naturalization required to be fixed by the court under the United States Code.

Petitions for naturalization shall be filed and heard in the county in which the petitioner resides at the time of filing, unless the court shall otherwise order.
