When an agreement to refer has been made, and filed in the clerk's office, with the names of the referees, and the court has approved the same, the clerk shall issue a rule.
Objections to the acceptance of an award, and motions to have the same recommitted, shall be in writing, setting forth distinctly the grounds thereof, and verified by affidavit when grounded on facts.
